Retale is a new website that searches your local area to find the best deals on different items. They have another website called: Green Gestures.

Get Involved

By participating in the Make a Green Gesture initiative, you are helping us protect the environment. Getting involved is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Taking a step to reduce your blog’s carbon footprint is simple:

1. Write a short blog post about the Make a Green Gesture project, and add the optional “One Blog, One Tree” badge to your site if you like.

2. Send an e-mail to greengestures@nullretale.com containing the URL of your post

3. We plant a tree for your blog!

In this noble effort they are supported by the following companies:

The Arbor Day Foundation

International partner organizations (Germany, France, Spain, Russia and Brazil)

They have some impressive stats to back up the importance of planting trees, here is but one:

188 Gallon of Water a year is used to create junk mail, most which is considered waste.

So, if you own a website and want to support a good cause, here is your chance. Give mother nature a christmas present this hoilday season :)
